About me

Hello, I’m Dave Jackson, an independent Product & UX Designer creating solutions for all things digital since 2007.

I have been working as a designer for over 17 years in the creative industries. Past clients I have worked with include Barclays, Booking.com, Co-op Bank, Manchester United and Sky. I have also freelanced for a diverse range of other brands, clients and agencies across the UK and internationally.

I am a highly experienced designer with a passion for problem solving and creating quality design solutions. I develop ideas through all stages of the design process, from research, creating user personas, mapping journey flows, building prototypes, conducting user testing, Iterating and improving designs through insights and learning, to final designs and developing design systems and brand guides. I am passionate about creating leading innovative ideas, working with data and user insights to identify where design improvements can add the most value to fulfil business objectives and create the best possible solutions for customers.
